Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must generally be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with any original tags or accessories, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at pkemporiumllc@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions, including the appropriate return address and, when applicable, a return shipping label. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products may not be eligible for return, including perishable goods, personalized or custom products, certain personal-care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, and gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions about whether a particular item is eligible for return.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, please contact us regarding the original purchase. In most cases, the fastest method is to return the eligible item and place a separate order for the replacement.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
